Really cruel pranks to totally RUIN this kid (sorta a Revenge thing lol)...?

I would just ignore him, as hard as it might be, he obviously has something out of place in his head and these pranks would only lead him on, His acts are probably a mechanism because he isn't comfortable in social situations, in which case it wouldn't be very nice.
