How do I get a Felony Pardon/Expungement in Illinois?

you dont need a j.d or have gone through it to answer this easy question, the governor is the only one that can give you a pardon, call or goto your local courthouse and ask them the procedure or you can probably look it up online, but iam sure you need to write a letter, it could take months just to get a reply and more months to get pardoned if granted
