Are the cards at online Poker sites predetermined?

Let's say I fold preflop, and then when the flop comes I regret it cause I flopped a 2 pair...does it really matter? was the flop predetermined before or every time someone folds it affects the softwares algorithm, and the cards dealt keep changing...
