Should we renew the patriot act?

so the liberals went nuts when bush and the republicans ped the patriot act...( some libs did vote for it) and it is set to expire or at least parts of it in december. and obama wants to renew it and "sharpen its tools"...will the libs go along with it now because obama is in office? just like they shut up about the war. or will they speak out?
