Is this guy racist? What should I do?

This person appears to be very insecure with himself to some degree. He may be unsure of what exactly he is in so far as his racial makeup. People like this have the tendency to point at the differences in others to deflect from the issues that are underlying within themselves. He may be attacted to you in some way and not know any other way to create a verbal exchange. You could say to him, " Yes, I am a perfect blend of Korean and Caucasian, but what exactly are you?" He definitely has issues with race.
