What do you think is going on with her?

We are friends and we sit next to each other in cl. Last year a rumour got out that we liked each other so she thought i liked her and started acting a bit wierd towards me. Then she found out that a friend of ours made up the rumour so now she is back to normal with me. But at times i catch her staring at me and when i sometimes look back she looks away. She occasionally says i love you to me but i sometimes hear her say it to other friends aswell. Also yesterday we got on the subject of football (AFL) and i said my team was a good chance to make the grand final and she said if we do she is so coming to watch it (even though she isn't interested in sports).We are 17 years old
