In French, when do I use 'parce que' and 'parce qu'il...'?

"Parce que" means because, as in Je n'ai pas mange les legumes parce que J'en deteste. (I did not eat the vegetables because I hate them. Parce qu'il is because he/it, as in Jerry ne mange pas ses carrotes parce qu'il deteste tout les legumes. (Jerry doesn't eat his carrots because he hates all vegetables.) Its like writing parce que il, but as you might know, you cant have two vowels together between two words, if that makes sense, eg Je ai= J'ai. And I'm kidding about you hating all vegetables, hopefully you like them.
