How can i trace my Landlord?

My partner and i have been living in a flat since Sept 09, from day 1 we have had bother from the letting agency. We were told that we had a washer dryer during viewing, then again once we moved in and had queried putting up a washing line, which was refused as we were living on communal grounds. After a couple of weeks when about to dry clothes we realised we had only a washing machine so no drying facilities. Living in a 2 bedroom flat with a child with asthma, we would never accepted this if known as now we have wet washing everywhere. We still await to this day a missing blind slat from our bedroom. The Saturday before Xmas, the sensor on the communal ariel went down so no signal was reaching our tv. After several phone calls to the letting agency and e-mails for proof of reporting, we have taken these matters to the Private rented housing panel which seems to be taking forever to get to stage 1, also which has given us a date in April for mediation (1 month after our lease will have come to an end.) We have tried to trace the landlord which on the lease is different to the name Environmental Health has given. Any suggestions are appreciated.
