How to be the best Dressed when wearing uniform?

I just got my high school application and I got accepted to a uniform high schools (Frederick Douglas academy) and I want to be one of the best dressers. I want to know how to use the uniform and make it look ghetto fab and cly at the same time please give me places for ex. Arepoatale and etc. To buy the outfits also give me ideas to look nice while still wearing my uniform. P.S its in Harlem on 135
