Should some of Muhammed's judgments not be followed and actually be spoken out against?

I don't know how to say this in a politically correct or nice way, but ultimately everyone, including Muhammad will be subject to God's law, regardless of what any person says or even does. It would stand to reason that it's probably a good idea to follow the perfect example He (God) gave us (which was through Jesus). As for Muhammad, well he's on his own to answer for himself, and I personally would not want to be in his shoes. (On the other hand Jesus's "shoes" I take.)
