Should all less-than-perfect guys just jump off a really-tall building?

The reason I am asking is because when I try online dating sites such as Craigslist, Yahoo! Personals, e.t.c. I check the 'Women Seeking Men' sections, and after I'm done reading each and every one of the women's colums, I've determined that if you don't look like one of those poster boys on those 'axe' body spray commercials, or like that Zac Efron dude on T.V., make more than $60,000 per year, and/or have a really nice sports car; then basically women between the ages of 18-26 wouldn't even pay any attention to you led alone date you. C'mon. I know people should be with who they want in life, but what's a guy supposed to do that doesn't make the A+ grade in girls' eyes?
