It's not that I'm a racist, I just prefer to have white friends? What's wrong with that?

Many people hire non whites for medial jobs. Thats the norm these days. Also many people hire them for positions of power but they have to prove themselves capable first. Problems occur when you just hire non whites to make it look like you're not racist but then they collapse the whole system for being terrible at their jobs. Part of being a business man is appearing like you're doing the right thing
