How do i keep acne from reappearing? going into middle school please help!!?

So im done with elementary and im going to middle school. i went throgh puberty earlier then my friends. At first i was teased but then a few other people got acne and realized it was just puberty. now im going to middle school and i know that alot of people are goin to have acne too but i wouldnt be to happy walking through the doors of middle school with red bumps all over my skin... i just wrote down the instructions for an oatmeal mask witch im planning on doing 1 a week and everymorning i wanna put lemon juise on ma skin but im not sure.. do any of u no a better way to go?
