How can Republican leaders deny these great truths some from their own party?

When labor is bankrupting states and the country I guess we should just let them. Unions have outlived their usefulness- now their leaders are corrupt worse than in the 30s and 40s. The membership can't seem to think on their own. The teachers that called in sick this week owe the state those days pay or they should be fired.
